I enjoyed that they were always putting on events for the employees, they try hard to make the back of house, including employee lunch hall fun and inclusive.
I enjoyed working there, it’s very demanding, fast paced so be ready to keep up! It is union, they offer full benefits and even offer school reimbursement & 401K after your first year. Paid lunches, buses into the casino, (so no employee parking up at the front, car lots for employees are down the block) & uniforms provided (make sure to return, they can cost upto $250). They do require you obtain a gaming license in all positions, they do a very detailed background check including your credit for cash handling positions.
Lots of perks including discounts to events, discounts at local restaurants, and also company events including free luncheons and merchandise with the casino’s logos. They offer many positions and everything is incorporated as a team environment, lots of paid training and annual events.
